The Future of Guided Tours Starts Today!

Why Traditional Guided Tours Leave Us Wanting More

Have you ever been on a guided tour and felt a little stuck? Maybe you were rushed past a landmark you wanted to explore or stuck listening to a lecture about something you didn’t find interesting. Group tours often feel cramped, inflexible, and tied to someone else’s schedule. They’re packed with fascinating information—but wouldn’t it be better if you could explore at your own pace?

A Glimpse Into the Future of Travel

Imagine this: a car that not only drives itself but also acts as your personal tour guide. It suggests detours to hidden gems, narrates stories about your surroundings, and adapts to your schedule. Want to stop for a photo? Take your time. Ready to skip ahead? You’re in control.

Self-driving cars promise a future of completely personalized travel experiences. But while that future isn’t here just yet, there’s good news—you don’t have to wait to start enjoying the benefits of personalized guided tours.

How Guided Tour Apps Bring Freedom to the Journey

Thanks to innovative apps, you can already bring guided tours to your fingertips. These apps make your car the centerpiece of an unforgettable journey, combining storytelling, navigation, and freedom to explore on your terms.

GyPSy Guide acts as your virtual tour guide, providing fascinating commentary synced to your GPS location. It’s like having a historian, storyteller, and navigator all in one.

Shaka Guide is perfect for scenic destinations like Hawaii or Utah, blending cultural storytelling with music to enrich your experience.

Roadside America uncovers quirky roadside attractions you never knew existed, from giant statues to offbeat museums.

VoiceMap offers customizable audio tours worldwide, perfect for urban adventures or remote scenic drives.

Imagine driving through Yellowstone as GyPSy Guide points out a hidden trail where bison roam freely, or cruising the Big Island of Hawaii as Shaka Guide shares the legends of Pele, the Hawaiian goddess of volcanoes. These apps let you explore at your own pace, giving you the freedom that traditional guided tours simply can’t.

Making Your Car the Ultimate Travel Companion

These apps address common frustrations with traditional tours. There’s no more rigid schedule—you can pause, skip, or replay commentary whenever you want. You can avoid large crowds, take spontaneous detours, and spend as much time as you like at the places that interest you most. And because they offer offline capabilities, they’re perfect for remote destinations where cell service is unreliable.

Of course, the apps are only part of the equation. The right car makes all the difference in how much you enjoy these tools. Modern vehicles with advanced infotainment systems and features like Apple CarPlay or Android Auto make it easier to use these apps seamlessly. Be sure to check your car’s compatibility to maximize your experience.

If you’re shopping for a new vehicle, look for cars with cutting-edge driver-assist features or enhanced connectivity that make travel even more enjoyable. Ask about these options to ensure you’re ready for the future of guided travel.

Your Next Adventure Starts Here

While the future of fully autonomous guided tours is on the horizon, the tools to make every drive more enriching are already here. With the right car and the right apps, you can transform even a simple drive into an unforgettable experience.

Start exploring today by downloading one of these apps, and if you’re in the market for a vehicle upgrade, We'd be glad to help. you to find a used car that matches your needs. Your next adventure is waiting!

Car Financing in 2025 News You Can Use

New Year. New Car Buying Tips.

Buying a car is a significant financial decision. In 2025, the landscape of car financing continues to evolve, with new trends and factors influencing the process. This guide will help you understand what to expect and how to prepare.

Key Factors to Consider

  • Interest Rates: Interest rates are a crucial factor in the total cost of your loan. Keep an eye on market trends and shop around for the best rates from different lenders.

  • Loan Terms: Loan terms (the length of the loan) can significantly impact your monthly payments. Longer terms mean lower monthly payments but higher overall interest paid.

  • Down Payment: A larger down payment can reduce the amount you need to borrow and potentially secure a lower interest rate.

  • Credit Score: Your credit score plays a vital role in determining your eligibility for loans and the interest rates you qualify for. Check your credit report and address any issues before applying for financing.

  • Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Incentives: With the rise of EVs, explore available government incentives, tax credits, and manufacturer rebates that can make purchasing an EV more affordable.

  • Online Lending Platforms: Online lenders are becoming increasingly popular, offering convenient application processes and competitive rates. Compare offers from both traditional and online lenders.

Preparing for Financing

  1. Determine Your Budget: Before you start shopping for cars, figure out how much you can afford to spend each month.

  2. Check Your Credit Report: Obtain a copy of your credit report and review it for any errors.

  3. Get Pre-Approved: Getting pre-approved for a loan can give you a better idea of the interest rates and loan terms you qualify for.

  4. Shop Around for the Best Rates: Don't settle for the first offer you receive. Compare rates from multiple lenders, including banks, credit unions, and online lenders.

  5. Consider Leasing vs. Buying: Evaluate whether leasing or buying is a better option for your needs and financial situation.

The Future of Car Financing

In 2025 and beyond, we can expect further advancements in online lending, potentially more flexible loan structures, and a continued focus on financing options for electric and autonomous vehicles. Staying informed about these trends will empower you to make informed decisions when financing your next car.

Top Best Midsize Sedans For Sale

Content provided by MotorTrend

MotorTrend tests more than 200 vehicles at the track every year. We rate cars using the same factors you do, including how they drive, interior space, efficiency, tech, value, and safety. Ratings are only applicable within each respective segment.

  • 2022 Honda Accord - 9.1/10 - After a midcycle refresh for 2021, we're not expecting any major changes to the Accord for 2022. Barring any significant revisions, it will carry forward with two gas engines and a hybrid option. The Accord competes with other affordable four-doors including the Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Camry, Kia K5, and Subaru Legacy.

  • 2022 Subaru Legacy - 8.6/10 - Subaru knows its buyers and delivers on their priorities with the Legacy. The midsize sedan offers a compelling blend of technology, safety, and performance in a roomy and comfortable vessel. Middling style and a vexing CVT are the Legacy's greatest Achilles heels.

  • 2022 Hyundai Sonata - 8.5/10 - Hyundai has been selling the Sonata here in the U.S. for more than 30 years, and the current eighth generation is the best version yet. Redesigned for the 2020 model year, the Hyundai Sonata is among the better midsize sedans on the market. It's mechanically related to the Kia K5.

  • 2022 Kia K5 - 8.3/10 - The midsize sedan once known as the Kia Optima has transformed into the K5. Introduced for 2021, the K5 stands out in the segment with evocative exterior styling. Yet despite those looks it remains a relatively normal car in terms of features and capabilities. The K5 is offered with a choice of turbocharged engines and available AWD. Like the Optima before it, the K5 targets sedan stalwarts like the Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and mechanically related Hyundai Sonata. The K5 is built in West Point, Georgia, alongside the Kia Telluride.

  • 2022 Toyota Camry - 8/10 - Although it's no longer Toyota's best-selling model (that title now goes to the RAV4), the venerable Camry remains a go-to choice for those seeking a dependable midsize sedan. The current-gen Camry was introduced for the 2018 model year and sees a mild face-lift for 2021. The Camry sits squarely in the center of Toyota's lineup of sedans between the compact Corolla and full-size Avalon. Besides its longtime rival, the Honda Accord, the Camry also competes with midsize four-doors including the Subaru Legacy, Nissan Altima, and Hyundai Sonata.

  • 2021 Nissan Altima - 7.7/10 - Positioned above the compact Sentra and below the full-size Maxima, the Altima is the middle child of Nissan's sedan lineup. Nissan issued a full redesign of the Altima for the 2019 model year, and the family sedan has been relatively unchanged since. The Altima competes in the midsize sedan segment alongside cars such as the Honda Accord, Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Camry, and Subaru Legacy.

  • 2022 Volkswagen Passat - 7.1/10 - Once one of Volkswagen's most successful cars in the United States, the Passat enters its final year of production with a Limited Edition trim. It rides on the platform that's been on sale in the United States since 2012, the same year it won our MotorTrend Car of the Year award. The Passat last received a major refresh in 2020. Although this midsize sedan no longer feels like a fresh offering, it comes with the traditional advantages of its segment, namely a comfortable ride, a large trunk, and spacious interior.

  • 2021 Chevrolet Malibu - One of the longest-running nameplates in the Chevrolet lineup, the Malibu has been a mainstay in the midsize sedan segment for decades. Since its inception, the Malibu has evolved from a rear-drive car that's available in multiple flavors to a front-drive model offered only one body style. Chevrolet even offered a hybrid Malibu for a short time to lure eco-minded consumers to the brand. With only a short time left before it's discontinued, the Malibu lineup has been streamlined. A number of cosmetic packages are also offered.

  • 2021 Mazda Mazda6 - As we wait for the rumored RWD, inline-six-powered, next-gen 6, Mazda adds some polish to its midsize sedan for 2021. The current-generation model debuted for the 2014 model year and saw a mid-cycle facelift for 2018, adding a turbocharged engine option. The 2021 Mazda 6 competes with other affordable midsize sedans including the Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, and Hyundai Sonata.

Advantages of Going to a Local Car Dealership

Please view the 44Automart.com Advantages of Going to a Local Car Dealership
Content provided by CarsDirect.com

Going to a local car dealership can make it easy to shop for your next vehicle. This guide highlights the advantages you face when choosing to visit a local car dealership.

Top 5 Advantages

1. Convenience: Your local dealership is a short drive, so you can save some gas, especially if you car or truck gets poor MPG. Remember that this matter of convenience impacts both buyer and seller. The dealership is hoping that their convenience can sway you, even with a higher price.

2. Supporting the Local Economy: Car dealerships are small businesses, and many are integral parts of their communities. You can help support the dealership's funding of local events by visiting an area dealership.

3. Personal Connections: You may already have an established friendship with someone who sells cars at a local dealership. Although this relationship can make purchasing your vehicle easier, you may not get the lowest price possible.

4. Easy to Test Drive: As a result of the dealership's close proximity to home, you can complete test drives without having to travel far. However, visiting a local dealership for a test drive can become problematic if the dealership continues to call you to make sure you are completely satisfied.

5. Establish a Service Relationship: Purchasing a vehicle locally will make it easier to establish a relationship with the dealership that will later provide your service. Warranty restrictions put in place by some manufacturers can make it difficult for service departments to adequately handle customers who purchase vehicles elsewhere. Having a relationship with the dealership can make things easier when warranty work is required.

2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black

2018 Ram 1500 Sport Moves Out of the Crosshairs, Big Horn Goes Black

Ram is continuing to slowly phase out its brand’s cross-hair grille, as the 2018 Ram 1500 Sport and Ram Heavy Duty pickups equipped with the Sport Appearance package adopt a variant of the snout found on the Laramie Longhorn, Limited, and the new-for-2018 Ram Limited Tungsten trims. As on those Ram trims, the 2018 Sport and Sport Appearance package’s body-color grille is distinguished by its pig-like nostrils and large “R-A-M” script and is paired with either black or chrome wheels and badges.

The cross-hair grille design can be traced back to the 1986 Dodge Ram. Now that Ram is no longer a part of the Dodge brand, it’s not surprising the relatively young truck brand is trying to separate itself from its Dodge brand mates that also use the cross-hair grille.

Still, Ram isn’t abandoning its former face overnight, and the new-for-2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black continues to bear the cross-hair mug of Rams past. Looking much like the Ram 1500 Black Express that was introduced in 2013, the Big Horn Black features black paint, black wheels, black badges, and black headlight bezels. Unlike the lesser Ram 1500 Black Express, the 2018 Ram 1500 Big Horn Black features convenience items such as an 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 7.0-inch gauge cluster display.

2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS - Test Review

Please view the 44 Auto Mart 2016 Chevrolet Camaro SS Test Review below.
Content Provided by CarAndDriver.com

Your quiet suburban cul-de-sac has officially been put on notice.

"THIS THING CAN BARELY CONTAIN ITS RAGE. IT'S A BERSERKER."
- DANIEL PUND, DEPUTY EDITOR

Chevrolet’s all-new, sixth-generation 2016 Camaro is lighter and more powerful. It’s a more disciplined machine with meaningful control feel. Its steering, balance, and ability to engage its driver are all unquestionably improved relative to the car it replaces. None of that matters to the wider populace, because, let’s face it, Camaros are for burnouts. And rubber will be melted during this test, no doubt.

Because excess is the whole point in Camaro-land, we outfitted ours with the most powerful engine then available, the 455-hp LT1. Mated with a six-speed manual and a limited-slip differential, the small-block made many friends during its time here. The 2016 V-8–equipped SS coupe started at $37,295, and we added only five options. The $5000 2SS package provided heated and ventilated power seats, a heated steering wheel, dual-zone climate control, and an 8.0-inch touchscreen. Our only performance add-ons were the $1695 magnetic-ride-control suspension and the $895 dual-mode exhaust, but we also tacked on the $495 Mylink audio system with navigation and black 20-inch, five-spoke wheels for $200. All in, a $45,580 Camaro.

Will Kentucky Pay for My Windshield Replacement

Please view the 44 Auto Mart Will Kentucky Pay for My Windshield Replacement? post below.
Content Provided by JacksGlassShop.com

Kentucky is one of the few states that will waive the deductible for windshield replacement under certain conditions. The law requires you to be covered by comprehensive insurance that meets the minimum standard of the Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS), which does cost slightly more than the monthly cost of the standard legal minimum liability.

KRS 304.20-060, titled coverage for safety equipment, states:

  1. As used in this section, “safety equipment” shall mean only the glass used in the windshield, doors and windows, and the glass, plastic or other material used in the lights required by KRS Chapter 189 on any automobile.
  2. Any automobile insurance policy that provides comprehensive coverage, whether designated as such, or included within a broader coverage, shall provide complete coverage for repair or replacement of damaged safety equipment, without regard to any deductible or minimum amount.
In the case of an unexpected broken windshield, it can be a major relief to know you’ll incur no out-of-pocket expenses, assuming a windshield replacement costs less than your deductible. If your windshield has been cracked or broken and needs repair or replacement, then a claim should be made through your comprehensive automotive insurance policy. Before doing so, be sure to discuss your policy with a representative who can explain the depth of your policy, and explain whether or not you qualify for the required comprehensive minimum under Kentucky’s automotive safety laws. If you do qualify, contact your local automotive glass repair shop to have certified glass and safety experts get your vehicle back on the road.
